Instructions for international payments

	Account number:
1	In the account no., field one must enter the foreign currency account reference number, containing 13 digits, as follows: (90-310-XXXXXXX.X). If you have an old type of payment card, with the account no. stated in the form 12-45-XXXXXX containing 10 digits, you need to obtain the new account number before forming the Instruction. You can obtain the new account by one of the following ways: Sending e-mail at kontakt.centar@nlbkb.rs Dial 011 2018 600 for calls from the country, or at +381112018600 ili you are calling from abroad or by cell phone or by visiting the nearest outlet of the Bank;
	Name and surname of the account holder:
2	In the field name and surname of the account holder one must enter the information about the account holder, regardless of whether the instruction will be formed by an authorised person or the account holder him/herself;
	Address of the account holder:
3	In the field address of the account holder one must enter information about the account holder’s address, in the following format: for example, *Gospodar Jevremova no.10* if the address does not contain the number, one should put an abbreviation bb (Serbian abbreviation for „street number omitted“ ). If the account holder changes the address with respect to the one registered in the Bank, it is necessary to update such information in the parent outlet / branch of the Bank, due to transaction book-keeping;
	City and state of the account holder:
4	In the field city and state of the account holder one must enter information about the owner’s residence, in the following form >> City/Town/Place ,(comma) State << for example Beograd, Srbija;
	Payment currency expected:
5	In the field payment currency expected one must choose the expected currency from the drop-down menu;
	The country from which the payment is expected:
6	In this field, one must choose the appropriate country from the drop-down menu. If a client is expecting payment from the country that is not offered in the drop-down menu, he/she should select „other countries“.

If the payment is transacted on the bases of incorrect Payment Instruction, the Bank shall neither be held liable nor bear any refund costs.
